Behavioral Health, TMS and Well-being Center

Dr. Rhett Christensen

 DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

My practice philosophy is to prevent and reduce suffering as much as possible by partnering with clients to reach their fullest potential through the holistic lens of mind, body, and spirit. Wellness is a journey that we can practice and walk each day. I come from a family with strong military service history, and while I wasn’t privileged to be able to serve in the military, I have a particular interest in helping veterans, those who serve, and their loved ones.

While medications are sometimes needed, I practice a shared-decision and integrative approach. We can explore other options, such as talk therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), aromatherapy and meditation. I look forward to learning about what treatment options you may have an interest in, as well.

The stigma associated with mental health issues can be a significant barrier to people getting the help that they need and deserve. Depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues do not need to be handled alone. Like physical health issues, mental health issues are not shameful. Please reach out and let me walk with you on this journey to wellness.
